Nina Long Christiansen
A seasoned leader in strategy and partnership development, I bring over 25 years of experience to driving organisational growth and securing business wins through effective collaboration and communication. As Founder and Managing Partner of APACE Consulting, my focus is on fostering successful business partnerships and strategic alliances, strategic account management and programme management. My expertise has guided clients from various sectors in establishing, managing, and enhancing their business relationships, leading to notable gains in revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.
In the past seven years, APACE Consulting has expanded its reach to include working with non-profit professional organisations worldwide. I split my time between England and Norway, embracing significant programmes and projects in Norway to maintain a close connection with local businesses. Representing my clients, I often serve in a capacity that externally mirrors that of an in-house employee, underscoring my commitment to deep, impactful engagement with organisations.

The Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)
A 3.5 year engagement as Director of EMEA working across the chapters to collaborate and promote best practices, standards and certifications, ultimately delivering premium member experiences resulting in membership growth and retention.
(March 2022 – July 2025)
The Institute of Sales Professionals A 3 year engagement with the ISP enabling them to partner and increase their revenues and scale through a new Alliance strategy and channel program, and co-creating new service accessing new markets. Founding Fellow. (March 2018 – October 2021) KOMENT AS A 11-year and ongoing engagement at KOMENT as Senior Project Manager. I lead the strategy and execution on projects ranging from complex, high-profile initiatives to smaller, focused assignments - always in full alignment with the company values and ensuring its resonance and impact within target audiences. Working across multiple communication channels from events and conferences to large-scale multinational activations, sometimes making dreams comes true.
Virgin Media Business VMB needed to develop their ability to partner as well as creating new partnerships with IT System Integrators and Outsourcers. I created their Partner Program, trained staff, introduced them to new partners and established several relationships with companies like DXC Technology, HPE and Agilisys. (2015-2016)
DXC Technology DXC Technology needed support in several Mega Deals, especially in the Financial Services sector where they needed to partner with both competitors and technology providers to position themselves to win. Made several introductions and orchestrated the partner engagements through to conclusion.
TietoEVRY Director of the Global Partner Practice (2009 – 2013) Developed Tieto’s capability to partner through a partnering strategy aligned with corporate strategy, creating the Tieto Partner Program, built and managed the global alliances team. Established global business generating relationships with companies like EMC, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, IBM and HP. Delivered 4x sales growth through creating multinational business plans, investment programmes, offering development, sales coaching, commercial negotiations, and go-to-market strategy for Tieto’s Global Alliances, as well as dramatically increasing partners investment in Tieto.
Unisys Strategic Alliances Director - joined in 2001 and promoted in 2005 to lead the EMEA partner team responsible for partner strategies, joint programs, market differentiation and executive relationships driving joint solution development, business development and field sales engagements through a multinational team. Grew annual orders between 2005 and 2008 and increased partners’ investment in Unisys.
